Round 54 is from a Li'l Playmates Commander 04 Rover, or may have come with Space Station 06. Unsure. It's a camera. Man, I loved the hell out of those sets whenever I could get my grubby mitts on...

Considering I'd buy that lot as a local deal for $75 (so no shipping), yes. If you average it all, it comes out to about $4 per figure, give or take. Not too shabby.
And lots of fun figures in...

That one's a KO. Bastardized transformation, and most of the details and features are sculpted in on the figure instead of being accessible.
