Yeah, I think you're right. Is that missile molded in there? Walmart sold some minicon knockoffs for a while in that color scheme IIRC, but I think their launchers were functional.

A clearer image might help, but I think it looks more like a gobot arm than a TF. Loco, maybe?

All those constructicon pieces in the centre come from knockoffs that were sold at dollarama a few years ago, including the flat chrome drills.
The jetfire plate comes from his titanium figure.

Do you have any knockoffs? That black one looks like a something microman related, maybe the early G1 car missiles, but they're silver.

Missed this pic. These guys are from the short-lived Galidor toyline, which was linked with Lego, and these are some of the mcdonald's happy meal figures for that line.

That happy little fellow is a Takara Kronoform Watch (or at least appears to be, picture is a little blurry). Little guys came out after Takara as a way to market some of the Diaclone line not...
