Re: Post in this thread for help to identify a Transformers toy

Sounds like "Super-Con Optimus Prime" from the Armada line. He originally retailed at Toys R us for as high as $69.99 so with tax that's ALMOST 100 bucks.

Re: Post in this thread for help to identify a Transformers toy

It's a "bootleg" china line, I have a few of the bugs carded.

They were called Insectbots. They came in sets of 4 (on a white card) and single packed on a green card. This one was Stag-Bot.

Re: What are These? A very old Toy Robot Line?

Haha y'all scooped me while I was out during Thanksgiving.

What is interesting about it is that in most common cases, everyone would have the grey Robotech Robolinks robots. But these are the...

Also the...

It's from the same long of "dollar store" Transformers toys. Dubbed "The Gundam face line" by collectors, they come in all kinds of unique alt modes. The most famous being the "Titantic Bot"

Re: Need Help to Identify a Few Bots

Topspin and Twin Twist molds have the "balancer" on the back of their heads (also Salt Man Z while yellow, had a very dark blue head and Robot Man X was far from yellow)

I own almost every G1 toy...

Re: Who the heck is this?

It's a japanese figure. The only USA released Ultraman toys were from Ultraman Towards the Future (a personal favorite) and the only monster/kaijus are Majamba, Bogun, Gerukadon, Barrangus and the...

The monster on the right is Batouru-jin from Ultraman 80. He was your typical monster (kaiju) of the day.

It's from the Japanese Toku series "Dennoh CyberCop". Amazingly, 4 of the 6 figures were released here in Canada and the USA in 1988 under...

Re: What the heck is this?
