Re: If you could buy just 1...

For the poll, I took the perspective that I had none of the figures in the list.

So I voted for MP Soundwave ( I have the Takara version and love it ).

My next choices would be:
WJ Omega > DX9...

Re: Toy Fair 2018 ? Power Of The Primes Titan Class Predaking Extra Images

Well at least Hasbro is trying different ways of spreading combiner bot parts across the limbs and not just on the torso.

Combined mode thighs are actually attached to the bull and rhino, for...

Re: POTP up on TRU.ca

And from seeing Peaugh's video, they're roughly the same size as the original G1 toys.

Kinda small for my CHUG collection, but way more affordable than the 3rd party dino combiners.

I'm not as...

Re: Transformers and other figs and how they scale together.

I also don't bother with displaying other human figures with my TFs. The few included with official figures are stored away.

Re: What's a good way to unload a lot of figures all at once?

I'd say small lots too.
But have 1 each of the more sought after figures as part of each lot to move those other ones.

Re: Looking for tf stores/dealers in Ontario

The Toy Trove is in St.Catharines.
I've bought a couple items there, and happy with that.

But I really didn't get much at all for the two vintage Toys I sold off to him.

Re: TR Leader Sky Shadow available on toysrus.ca

As of yesterday, TRU St.Catharines still had 3 of them.

Re: Are you going to buy the new TRU MP-10 reissue?

I wasn't collecting when Hasbro first released MP-10 so I also missed out on MP-01.

I think TRU is deliberately pricing them a bit higher, knowing the bulk of people will wait for a sale. So even...

Re: Are you going to buy the new TRU MP-10 reissue?

My first buy for this mold was YOTH, then I bought the 2nd re-issue of Takara MP10.

Instead of buying this TRU hasbro mold, I've preordered MP10B so I've got Nemesis.

Re: MP-10 re-release listing up on Toysrus.ca

I've also pre-ordered MP10B because I wanted an official Nemesis Prime for some time.

I figure I can use the clear trailer from YOTH Optimus and try to paint it up/mod the faction symbol if I...

Re: Hasbro Movie MP Bumblebee pre-order

TRU, surprisingly, was more reasonable this time with the asking price.

Not really a movie toy-line fan, but this Bee definitely is sweet.

Re: Collection ideas

On the con side: Get Soundwave and any one of the Seekers

The Hasbro Wave came with the nearly the complete troop of cassettes. Leave yourself open to a Megatron V2.0 for a possible 3rd con.

On...

Re: KOs and your purchase pattern

The few MP figures I have gotten are all official ( Mostly Takara and some Hasbro). I think they can be gotten at fair prices most of the time.

But as for movie line toys, I'm not enough of a fan...

Re: April is for MP Megs, but who's waiting for Soundwave?

I've ordered the re-issue Soundwave from AE too.

Missed out on the Hasbro TRU sale and am not paying those ridiculous scalper prices just for the other cassettes.

Re: MP Megatron alternatives

I value the fun from just picking up a figure and transforming it once in a while. I love the engineering of the legs of MP-36 which is very clean, but the rest of it leaves the upper body not as...

Re: The Masterpiece Appreciation and Speculation Thread

Well I finally got my Delta Magnus. The corner of the box was banged up pretty good ans it crunched up the toy box too.
At least there weren't any customs fees.

I'm not much into repaints but...

Re: The Masterpiece Appreciation and Speculation Thread

I ordered Delta Magnus from NY which was shipped by boat mid Nov. Japan Post's tracking had it as arriving in Vancouver on Dec.31. Nothing's changed since then.
Customs must be really glutted with...

Re: Optimus Prime (Year of the Rooster)

Terrible truck mode so I'll pass on it, and allocate the savings to something else (other toy lines).
