100 @ 100% I've never had any issues before and I always try to go above and beyond to make things right. i.e sacrificing the head off of my personal cliffjumper.

I have that feeling too. But hes OK with me sending another head. and doesn't seem to be pushing for the refund. So giving the benefit of the doubt what does he get from collecting CJ heads? ...
