so apparently ebgames has no customer service agents available to take calls all day. tried 4 separate times between 10am and 5pm so far. Waited 10 mins roughly each time only to get disconnected...

Same. Trailbreaker was an online in-store pickup order. They have no idea when it's arriving. Sunstreaker was an online order and supposedly shipped last Friday but it's just sitting at shipping...
