Re: What engine did Bumblebee had?

They put crate engines into the old Camaro bodies for reliability on the set.. I've got the Hot Rod magazine around somewhere with the article about the movie cars. The scene where they popped the...

Re: Zellers Transformers Sale Oct. 20-26

This is the worst sale ever. Both of the Zellers locations in Regina have no deluxes and no voyagers. They didn't even have any before the sale, they just put the sale sign up over the empty pegs. ...

Re: So which version of TFTM are you getting

I ended up getting the Futureshop Destroy metal case. I was planning on getting the Walmart edition because of the "animated" feature until I found out it was the single disc only version with a...

Re: List of Canadian IMAX Theaters showing Transformers

I was afraid it would skip Regina, most things do. I guess the DVD release is only a month away so I can wait. Would have been nice to see it on IMAX though.

Re: Post Your Hauls

Oh wow, I have one of those from when I was a kid. Didn't think it was worth anything though, figured it was just a knock-off kind of toy.

Re: Transformers on DVD

You can find all the legit copies on amazon.ca, and compare ebay finds to that. I've got all the silver boxed G1 sets, and the beast wars sets. I still have to get the Beast Machines set which is a...

Re: white toys turning yellow

If it's yellowing because it was in a smoker's house, then it may be possible to clean it somewhat, but if the plastic has been discolored by UV, then it's actually in the plastic and not on it.

Re: problems with fed ex and customs

I had FedEx do something like that to me.. I called them and asked what happens if I don't pay, they told me it would get charged back to the shipper. I'd call FedEx and see though, could be worth a...

Re: Helllllllllllllp! Hide or confess??

I have the same problem with my girlfriend. Except she gets mad at any TF purchase since I "already have enough".. Sneaking them in when she's not home only works for so long, as it gets obvious as...

Re: Japanese Headmasters Cartoon

I've seen some of the english dubbed versions of Headmasters and I must say it's a terrible experience. I'd love to watch the series with some well done english subs though. The most memorable part...

Re: Look what I found in the garbage!

On my knock-off, the word "emergency" is mis-spelled on one side of the van :P

What are the odds of walking down the street and finding a G1 Transformer on the ground anyway? ;)

Re: oh man, it is Refunds galore!!

Isn't the Zellers deluxe sale a "33% off" thing? If so, then TRU wouldn't have to honor the sale price.. hopefully the Zellers flyer will have the actual price listed though. Would be a lot easier...

Re: Post Your Hauls

I just picked that 2 pack up at Walmart today too. It was the only movie figures other than the preview protoform ones and the simpler kid versions. They were just in the middle of the aisle...
