Depends on the manager. The call centre rep told me that the store and the online store are practically independent of each other.

I was on the phone w/ TRU and they want an order # of someone who ordered after August 5th who received their SW. Their explanation is that my order was placed right after the end of their stock so...

Damn! Am I the only 1 that got my order cancelled due to no stock? If somebody gets 5 just to scalp and I don't even get 1, I'll be choked.
