all you need is either a soldering iron or a side cutter/cuticle cutter.if it's the iron,just melt the extra slag and pull the spoiler out.if you use the side cutters,simply cut off the excess blobs...

the only method that i've found to remove rust stains is polishing.
i use "meguires" "fine cut scratch remover.available at most automotive detailing shops.the price is a bit steep(around 12-16...

the fine grit polish is to help remove the finale bit of permanent marker.once you're done using the alcohol,there will still be a brownish grey haze where the marker was because it actually seeped...

the liquid paper i'm not sure about,but the permanent marker can be removed with 99proof alcohol and a helluva lotta rubbing.once its gone,or mostly gone,go over the areas again with "fine grit"...

the pins that hold his shoulder pads/fans on him arent that bad to remove.the worst is the ones that allow his arms to fold in for dino mold.dont bother messing with those.but for the shoulder pad...

have you tried the same method of removing/swapping wheels on alternator bots?if it was me,i would use a soldering iron,touch it to the smooth pin surface and heat up only the pin/screw and pull it...

both of my springers had the same problem.the only way i was able to stop it was to coat the 3pronged connector with a bit of clear nail polish.once it completely dried,snapping it back on was tight...
