You can use a last will kit, and from what I understand it's fairly simple. I'm not sure, but you may still need a notary to witness it and maybe someone to file the paperwork to make it official or...

Yeah, if you can make the time, the pearson express is an option, but for only 5 hrs, you might not have a huge amount of time downtown.
