If you're flying Air Canada you can check two suitcases as well as have one carry-on smaller suitcase and one laptop size bag.

Mandarake in Akihabara and Nakano, the Nakano store is in a mall called Broadway (I believe) in it there are also some other toy stores. The one in Akihabara...
