Not a Transformer but I'm soo overjoyed that I had to share!

PVC Dead master! (Not my Photo)
http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y26...R_KAIN/PVC.jpg

She set me back 130$ but totally worth it, she's quite a gorgeous statue.

I'm no anime fan but Black Rock shooter was superb lil' movie.

First haul of the year.

-Amazing Spider-Man (1994) - Suspended Animation #5 (Carnage) [from eBay seller Willamz3173]

http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ul20110104.jpg

Another step closer to completing my card sets. :D

Y'know, personally, I'm not too crazy about the multiple hauls threads (in General TF, General Discussion, and ActionFigureNews)... It's gonna become a whole lot of trouble separating those super-large hauls into separate pictures... The way I see it, as long as we're not posting up our groceries as "hauls", it should be alright...

Cheers Ian 01-04-2011 11:21 PM

Re: Post your hauls

^^ I wouldn't worry as about big hauls as long they have some type of TF content.

But this is the perfect thread for stuff like you posted above.

Awful, Awful film.

This is coming from a guy that once waited in line 3 hours to meet Robert Englund and owns a good amount of Freddy Krueger collectibles and the entire Nightmare on Elm Street collection on DVD.

I haven't Actually, haven't come across it at all actually.

I'm thinking of getting it, I only have one figma and had a bad experience with it. Hoping this one comes out better.

DUUUDE! I am jealous, I have been eying that piece since before the pre-orders came out. But in the end... money made the decision for me :(

Yes and despite not minding the plot much, I liked the new Kruger better than the old one. Way creepier.

Got 3 Garfield books recently too.

Wall mount for my 55" TV. Got one for a decent price. My TV is pretty light for it's size, so it should be fine..

Sold my 5 year old 52 inch sharp aquos for 700$ and picked up a samsung 50 inch 3d plasma.

It took 4 returns to finally get one that didn't have dead pixels, but I'm actually very happy with it. The picture is great, and the colors are very vibrant.

Most people who know me,know that I won't spend too much on collectibles unless I think they're woth it.

This was definetly worth it and I'd easily recommend the 130$ price, especially since the original price was 190$.

The ammount of detail put into her base alone is mind blowing and well she's absolutly perfect. If you ever have the chance to save up for her, do it. She's going to be limited especially with the new PVC coming out.

Super spicy (not really IMO, but it is to normal folk) instant Ramen, with 98% of your daily value of sodium per serving! *is gonna die*

And yes, I almost had this for breakfast. But decided against it. I regret that decision now *looks at empty cup of oatmeal* :(

I think it is "The Batman" batmobile. Looks similar to the one I saw at TRU.

First toy-haul of the year:

-Danger Girl action figure - Abbey Chase [MOSC, from ActionFigureNews member boyblue]
-Danger Girl action figure - Sydney Savage [MOSC, from ActionFigureNews member boyblue]
-Danger Girl action figure - Natalia Kassle [MOSC, from ActionFigureNews member boyblue]

http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ul20110107.jpg

I don't normally buy North American action figures; but these were by McFarelane toys (who actually have nice looking facesculpts of women) and I'm a sucker for J. Scott Campbell's work.

The fishtank version doesn't come with all the extra accessories, does it? And based on some reviews, it seems that the figures might be glued down to the base in the fishtank version?...

I picked up the Aliens Quadrilogy (albeit on DVD) a year ago at $30... Not sure I really feel like replacing the set with Blu-Rays...

pud333 01-09-2011 02:34 PM

Re: Post your hauls

Yep, all four. The picture quality is outstanding. It all depends on how much you like the Alien series and whether you are happy with the DVD quality. I saw this set at HMV for $100 and the DVD set for $30. Glad I held out and waited to find it at Costco. It comes with a very nice thick book that has some nice photos and artwork and two extra disks. A "making of anthology" which is like 12 hours of documentaries and an archives disk.

Also got this in the mail from ebay: Pocket Heroes JLA table set. It isn't exactly the right scale, but it works with the DC Infinite Heroes toys.
