I did. It sucked though as they would have worked out to be $50 CAD apiece or so due to there being a freak Amazon sale at the time.

Same, if they refund me and I buy it again it'll be more expensive as there's no sale now.

When I ordered that item when it first came out a few months ago, they wouldnt deliver to my POBOX, even though never had an issue with it before from Amazon.com...it was taken up by UPS in Canada. Had to go pick it up in their facility in the north end of the GTA.

Oh man I hope it works out. My delivery thing is saying out for delivery right now but they've done that the past 3 days and never came by. I bought wheeljack off amazon.ca a day ago and it already arrived. How hard is it to deliver a package? 4 attempts and can't deliver a package, it sure seems like they need to reconsider a different type of business lol.

At least you got it!!! I think mine is gonna get sent back at the rate of failed attempts. I've been home these past 4 days too just waiting.

Re: Amazon.com and Pitney Bowes Shipping?

So I tried calling Pitney Bowes and it just has a message saying there are delays due to covid and if you have questions to contact your retailer, they won't take your calls.

The tracking has been saying every day that they are out for delivery and then by the end of the day it says sorry or delivery attempted(at 1am) for the past 4 days now. I guess I'll wait a bit longer as I'm sure if I talk to amazon they might give me a refund and I really do want this optimus. Here's the updated tracking, I mean have you ever seen anything this bananas before?

Aaaaaaaand it's gone.

Pitney Bowes claim they delivered it yesterday to our front porch, but surprise surprise, no package.

We have never had an issue with package theives in our neighborhood though of course there's a first time for everything.

Could have been delivered to the wrong house, about a week ago we got a WalMart package for a house number 1 digit off (think 356 when we are 366) - I just walked it up the street to the right house.

The actual local courier Pitney Bowes used is some company called Apple, of all things, which I have never heard of or seen vehicles for.

Not sure next steps. Might wait a day to see if a neighbor drops it off or this mystery Apple courier delivers it late and was fudging scans.

The problem is that if I need to order another one then I need to do so ASAP to get it for Xmas...
