Cyberverse "Ultimate" Megatron Review - A Customer Service Journey

So, Transformers Cyberverse "Ultimate" Megatron was my replacement from Hasbro for my missing tire from POTP Punch/Counterpunch. What an end to a six month journey of custom service.
