Need help e-bay nightmare. ( prime FE cliffjumper Head)
 

Hey Guys I need your help.

I sold a MOSC First Edition Prime Cliff jumper on Ebay.
The buyer says when he opened it up it was defective because it didn't have a head. OK, so my solution was (sadly) rip the head off from my personal collection Cliffjumper. I mailed it to him and just found out that the mail was damaged/ ripped open and the head is gone. Pics attached. Either this guy (and me) are extremely unlucky or hes a scammer.

Either way I need another TF Prime first edition CliffJumper head. If anyone has one I can buy please let me know. I'll be at the Ontario collectors con on Sunday.

Scammer. Do you have a pic of the figure in the box before you sent it? Ah, nevermind. Just realized he was packed in vehicle mode.

It's way too coincidental. And having the second envelope torn open? Bullshit.

Let him open a claim with eBay and respond with your evidence.

Even the envelope. There's no name attached from the post office.

I have that feeling too. But hes OK with me sending another head. and doesn't seem to be pushing for the refund. So giving the benefit of the doubt what does he get from collecting CJ heads? also I heard when it comes to returns/defective items on ebay the seller always gets screwed.

Sounds like a scammer, what is his review rating on ebay?

Your letter could have been fine and he just stuck it a USPS bag from before....

Tell him to mail the figure back to you at his own expense and you'll refund him the cost of the auction. Otherwise, he can keep it as-is.

I think even eBay would raise an eyebrow at this situation.

OK so another odd coincidence. Just looking at his history. Hey Sold a Lot of 10 TFS including a FE Cliff jumper loose for 124 USD. 3 days before he purchased my MOSC for 53 usd. He opened mine the same day he received it and noticed the head.

If you had a Loose Cliffjumper and sold it for 12 bucks ( average between the 10 figures) why would purchase a new MOSC one for 53 + 20 shipping and rip it open same day?

That's just strange behaviour. Why pay 73 for something and sell another for 12? In the end, he only made $51 for all those figures.

Looks like a scammer to me. Did u check his feedback in ebay? Maybe this guy had done similar stun like this before.
