Well, there is a chance Hasbro Pulse may have it after SDCC. If you don’t have a US shipping address the FedEx shipping cost is pretty bad though but the Prime itself will be at regular price.
Like I said there are (were? I didn’t bother to check again) a few trustworthy sites in China, etc. that have their preorder listings (Asians locations often get our exclusives as regular releases), and like I also said if you are not comfortable with them then no go I supposed. But if you can put one in it is still not the aftermarket super inflated price at this time.
There is a fair chance we will see it at Toronto FanExpo in the last weekend of August (Hasbro SDCC exclusives were available for the last few years), so if you are closed by or you will be in the GTA at the time then you can go line up at Hasbro’s booth to take a chance. You might luck out, but you might not depends on how limited it is. Well, Peter Cullen & Frank Welker (Prime & Megatron) will be there, too, so you can get their autograph and take a pic with them (at extra cost beside admission). It beats paying extra to meat with William Shatner I supposed? lol |
