1. Universe cyclonus- just got him yesterday best way end the new year.

2.Animated ultra magnus- very nice trcuk and robot mode...who needs marvel crossovers thor...he's already Thor anyway

3.animated Megatron- the helicopter blades turn to sowrds is awesome...great megatron to make up for 2007's crappy Megatron.

runner up- Universe sideswipe and sunstreaker... it's got a punch/counterpunch bpotcon exclusive vibe to it....hope hasbro does bother to make one...sunstreaker's extremley floppy but sideswipe makes the mold a whole lotta better.

All 3 Animated Dinobots. I' m having a hard time picking just one. I even think the Grimlock Activator is solid gold.

Runner-ups would have to be Lockdown and Oilslick. Just plain fun!!

I listed almost half of the Universe figs I have... it's such I great line. I can't wait until the next wave comes to Canada.

Universe 2.0 Sideswipe and Sunstreaker get my vote for Best Of 2008. I love the fact that we get two different-looking figures out of essentially the same mold.

My runner up would probably be Binaltech Bluestreak. I really like the Subaru mold, and the blue they used is just perfect. Not owning ALT or BT Smokescreen makes the figure that much better.

The best surprise of the year was, of course, Henkei Thundercracker. :D:D:D
