Attached are the entry forms for the Art Contest and the Costume Contests.

Please note: a separate entry form needs to be completed for each Art Contest entry. The space for "Entry Number" should be left blank, as the entry number will be assigned at the time you sign in.

is there a limit as to how much can be submitted? and I downloaded the PDF..but I don't see any instructions as how to register the art work?

Or can some direct me to the person who organizes that event.

You simply bring your submission onsite to the convention, fill out the registration form, and drop your art off at the table.
