The Wukong KO Grimlock supposedly has two versions

The Gold chest and the Non-coloured or silver chest

You can see the difference in the pic

Oh yah. I thought I read that one was an exclusive for a certain site contest or something. Something to do with custom paint jobs. Looks nice.

Great thread. MP line is the best thing in Transformers.

I have mine on preorder from here with MP-13B Soundblaster so won't get it till early April. Had good experience with them twice before.

I don't know where this picture came from but every time I see it, I want this kind of colour scheme MP-18B more and more.

Hey I didn't know there were KO grimmy's. Why can't they do everyone a favour and scale him up to MP10 standards? Or work on Diaclone colours or a slightly remolded Pre-History version. :) Also, what's Takara or Hasbro waiting on making a G2 repaint?

OH! Blaster and Tracks, I agree with that. The only MP's I have is Prowl, Sideswipe and Jackie is on pre-order.

Yup this Wukong company wasted their time and resources reverse engineering MP-08 when they should have capitalized on the need for a MPv2 scale Grimlock. Then the repaints would have been great like diaclone, G2, King Grimlock as you mentioned.

I remember seeing that pre-history Grimlock with the horn on eBay recently. I almost bought it.


So are you planning of getting any of the current MPs? You missed quite a few and they aren't getting cheaper unless you hold out for Hasbro releases. So much stuff coming out. Hard to catch up and hard on the wallet.

My collection is comprised of Deceptions with the odd Autobot and would personally like to see more Decepticon MPs. I don't mind the repaints (seekers and sound blaster) but would love to see some new bots and love for the Decepticons out of the masterpiece line.
