Re: ShelfLife Beta Test Announcement: Very Exciting Stuff

I can't access shelflife from work anymore :(.... I hate IE....
How can I curate a catalogue and upload any other way than online? I think I remember there being some sort of excel spreadsheet option.
I keep trying to curate the Disney Label line at home but "life" (kids and wife) keep getting in the way.

Hey chovner. Which version of IE do you have at work?

Have you tried Google Chrome Frame? It's a small plugin that runs Chrome inside of IE. Sneaky!

I can send you a spreadsheet to fill in, which we'd then import. This only works for empty catalogs right now, though.

With our competitor Crave.com shutting down and many of their users not knowing we exist yet, now would be an awesome time for you guys to go spread the word at threads like these:

http://www.seibertron.com/energonpub...=crave+closing

http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transf...ing-quits.html

http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...ave-com-2.html

Mostly we need to get across that we are user responsive, that our marketplace is on track to launch in April and in the meantime our collection tools are being upgraded constantly.

We fully intend to offer conflict arbitration on Paypal cases that aren't resolved reasonably and community features will be key (but not forced as with Crave) in our evolving function set.

Spread the word guys...the more people we load into the system the better this all gets for all of us!

No, anything that needs to be installed on any PC here can only be done by someone with Admin rights... Which is only IT... and they're Nazi's with the power :(.

Actually, the portable version of Firefox and Chrome don't need to be installed. They were created specifically to work on PCs that're locked down by nazi IT depts.

Let me know if they don't work, and I'll try to find another solution for you, chovner.

Request/Update?

When removing a Want because you now have it, you are giving these choices

- a forum
- ebay
- Amazon
- private sale
- crave
- other

Shouldn't there be an option for Retail? (brick&mortar)
Remove Crave from it now?
