Transformers Voyager Price Rollback at Wal-Mart
 

Various reports are coming in that Wal-Mart stores in Canada have begun a rollback on the price of Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Voyager class figures. The price of voyagers has now been reduced to $22.92 from $28.98.

I'm thinking Megatron and Defendor OP. Is this a permanent rollback (because of the dollar being at parity) or just a temporary sale?

It's no guess....it's temporary, the dollar being at parity won't be changing the price of Transformers any time soon. It just doesn't work that way.

Me too, it looks like Buldgeon and Recon Ironhide are warming the shelves, so they may just put them even lower at some point.

Interesting. Just out of curiosity is the Scout/Deluxe rollback still in effect or did they finally end that? :(

Personally I'm going to wait and see if it drops down to 15$ like last time, I mean I got Megatron and The Fallen at that price... I believe... It's been a while since I bought The Fallen and I can't remember if it was a sale item or not.

But I digress. 28 to 22 isn't really much of a savings, it just drops 4$ off the price.

$15 Voyagers was that special anniversary Sale... But they could end up cleared out at that or less :)
$5 Scouts
$10 Deluxes still on too

Good ol' WM -- pretending to put something on sale for us. Just like the last time we hit parity and nothing stayed low for very long (or at all in most cases). Voyagers are still hanging around $20 USD.

Was just at Walmart the other day, no rollbacks on voyagers :/ only the 2 for 10$ on Scouts

was the case at morningside until i told them that these should be on rollback...they scanned it through their gun thingy and confirmed that the price changed...so it goes to show all u gotta do is say something. Those blokes at Wally dont know anything until someone tells them what to do.

actually it takes off a fiver and change. ive bought all my voyagers and deluxes on sale. it adds up. ive calculated and i actually got mindwipe for free on monday, since ive saved over 30 bucks with these sales.

In Orillia, Ontario, the voyagers are on sale but the tag shows regular price. It ring up on sale though. FYI.
