Were Elita One and the other female Autobots seen in the G1 episode where the Aerialbots traveled back in time seen to transform into vehicles? If they were seen to transform, what did their alt modes look like in that episode?

Only Elita-1 aka Aerial (her name before Alpha Trion changed it) was shown in that episode called War Dawn and she did not transform, she stayed in bot mode.

its mostly sporty Arcee like stuff or flat bed cybertron mini vans, i imagine it had to do with the story arc of loading/transporting some stolen energon.

What about another episode where she and several others were in it? What did their alt modes look like in that one if they transformed?

this should be the only time elita is seen in vehicle mode and its not a full view

What did they turn into? I have two versions of Chromia, one that turns into a motorcycle and one that turns into a futuristic car.

they turned into vaguely car-like futuristic vehicles. Boxier and with enclosed cabins and not like Arcee's convertible style vechicle mode. And each one was slightly different from the other.

The PotP/Siege/Generations Selects Fembots are (for a degree of closeness) relatively close to that idea, but clearly not identical. Almost certainly because those vehicle modes were created just for the show and without any consideration for being able to be sensibly converted into a toy, which also explains why their transformations are also so cheaty and not bound by the mechanical accuracy of most other characters.

Yeah, I've "head-canonned" the reason they all look different now is because the Enigma of Combination reformatted them when it turned them into combiners.
