100 pieces of the Perfect Effect PE-10X Shadow Bat Convention Exclusive figure will be sold at TFcon 2012 courtesy of RobotKingdom. They will be priced at $40.

TFcon - Canada's 11th Annual Transformers Collectors Convention is July 27th to 29th, 2012 at the Delta Meadowvale Resort and Conference Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.

Oh I see. I believe it was actually $35 at Botcon. Similar to the PE Scouting Force sets of last year, these aren't exclusive to just TFCon and there were definitely more than 100 made. TFCon only has 100 of them to sell.
