Wei Jiang KO OS Throttlebot Chase Review

Admittedly, this iteration of he Throttlebot known as Chase by Wei Jiang (an OS KO of the Toyworld version) is not the correct coloration and while we will address that and how it affects his accuracy to the character, we CAN discuss his functionality and conversion!
