The latest release of the Transformers Masterpiece line has hit Canadian retail! The Toys R' Us Exclusive Masterpiece Grimlock has been sighted at a BC Toys R' Us, and retailing for $69.99. Thanks to Protoform X for the sighting!

wow. they packed it in dino mode. I smell a shelf warmer. I doubt a kid would know that this is actually a robot, then again i used to like dinosaurs when i was a kid...

^unless Hasbro has mass production too much, and I don't really see the collectors will pass on this. A lot of parents like to buy dinosaurs to their children as well.

I'm awaiting a sale though.... it'll be one pricey little crown for me.
Still I want to pick a couple up on sale for my nephews. They'll get a kick out of the big guy.

Price looks good for us, but I wouldnt pay $70 for a "dinosaur" as an average parent buying for my kids. These will get picked up by collectors for the most part with the odd parent getting sucked into one.

P.S. I want one.

I'm in as soon as I see him. I sold my Takara version for $140 so that I can pick him up for half the price! Stoked! In fact, I think I'll hunt today as I'm driving past 3 TRUs today.
