Man why do they have people with long nails try to transform transformers
Not a very marketable video with people that don't know how to transform devastator to say the very least! !!

I think it's more to do with the fact that the woman seemed unfamiliar with how to transform Bonecrusher than the figure actually having any QC issues. Admittedly, when I first got my Devastator, Bonecrusher was the hardest Constructicon I found to initially transform, but I didn't botch it to the point the woman did. The way she did it really made me cringe.
