Grail item would be Victory Saber. A complete Fort Max would be nice to.

I'd also like a bit more information on being a curator. My actual for real, real world job is collections management and curation for museums. It sounds like what you want is a little bit different but if I can be of use I'd like to help out.

It's like you read our minds. Lego for sure.

We've been working on how Lego products would be built out. Like you said, tracking each individual item in a product would be a lot of work. However, there're probably ways that we can automate that part of it with some fancy code.
