I was just about to order the 3 Terrorcons, but it's over $30 in taxes and shipping. I'm prepared to pay a little more for convenience sake, but not that much.
Not your fault either. Canada Post's shipping rates suck!

Do these guys have an actual email address??? They have a few figures I'm interested in buying, but I'm not really on board with sending money to people that have made such a point to have zero contact information available anywhere. "We're in Airdrie" doesn't cut it.

Well, I can only speak from my own experience - shipping was a bit pricey (again, not their fault as Shockwave said) but I ordered two Dinobots on a Saturday and they arrived first thing Tuesday morning. Of course, being nearby in Calgary probably helped.
(Also, according to my shipping slip, their email is tftoysca@hotmail.com.) |

Ah, thanks very much! I'll give that an email a try. I just need a couple questions answered before I go blow hundreds of dollars, and was about to bail on them altogether and just through someone else.

Sorry, I hadn't seen this response until now so didn't answer it at the time.
We charge a flat fee of $15 shipping in order to keep things simple. Of course, this means the more you order the smaller portion of the cost goes to shipping :) For the record, we often loose money on shipping as toys tend to be large but light, so we get hit with that good old 'dimensional weight' but we do try to keep the shipping as low as we can.
In regards to taxes, not much we can do to help you there. Unfortunately, we are required like any other legit retailer, to collect and remit taxes. As I always tell people, if you can convince the government not to want the taxes from me, then I don't need to collect them from you :) |
