Walmart Exclusive Masterpiece Skywarp Released at Canadian Retail
 

Thanks to racerguy76 for the first reporting of Transformers Universe Masterpiece Skywarp being sighted in Canadian retail! This figure was sighted at a Walmart in Edmonton and is retailing for $59.99.

Unlike the Japanese release, this version does not have the same reversible face, bearing Starscream's grin on the other side. We should at least take comfort that this time Walmart Canada did not decide to pass up on this figure as they did with Masterpiece Starscream.

Who cares about the face, for once Hasbro did a decent job and at least got his paint scheme right.

Still like the Japanese version more but I will be getting one of these regardless....besides, I have a responsibility to report the differences!!!

Yep, both glad that they didn't pass it up and $59.99 is a very reasonable/on par w/ US price!

(I've already got the Japanese version and don't need two unless they go real cheap).

I am incredibly happy this sighting was made not far from where I live. I will be investigating tomorrow.
