Masterpiece Grimlock Listed in Toys R' Us Canada Computers

According to board member madjester, the upcoming Toys "R" Us exclusive Masterpiece Grimlock is appearing in the Toys "R" Us system and priced at $69.99.
When he will come out was not available but this gives us a good sign that we will receive them in Canada, and for a great price! |

Holy shite... i think i'm going to pull out $73.49 from my accout right now and have it waiting in a special place in my wallet for when these come out. Just run into TRU knock down the stupid children, grab my Grimlock, throw the money at the teller and then run out laughing and crying for joy...

That's a perfectly fine price, relative to the exorbitant import cost, but it's still extremely expensive. [Not saying it's not worth it, though.]
That said, I ponied up 50 bucks for Perceptor, and this is much more of a toy than him... BUT Perceptor and the Insecticons are still languishing around here unsold, much to my surprise. Will Grimlock be the same? Or will he be like Skywarp, gone without a trace in a heartbeat [at least around here]?
Ahhhhhh I wish I wasn't quitting my job so I wouldn't have to worry about this.

Thats good for non-MP owners. Just wondering what Hasbro will change. Hopefully he will keep his chrome. If rogue crowns show up on eBay, I may snatch one up for my MP. Its an INCREDIBLE toy andeveryone deserves to own one!!

Pretty sure he will, Prime didn't lose the chrome when Hasbro released him. The only thing I can see them changing are the pointy teeth and claws for safety reasons. And even then, it might not happen. |

Sad but true.
The crown is cool and all, but I don't think I need it that badly. I wonder how many we will see in package without the crown when some people pull the old steal the accessory and return the toy game. |
