Spockfest 2009 custom ride
 

Well I have made a huge custom for the Galaxyfest in Vulcan, Alberta this weekend(June12-14) it is the shuttlecrafts maiden voyage after the engine rebuild. Got it painted on the weekend and the decals showed up yesterday. It turned out better than expected. Not gonna have the time to install the smoke machine this year, oh well. If any board members come out stop by and say hello. We should not be too hard to find.

Well, the shuttle made it down and we even got 3rd place in the parade. Oh and I was assimilated.

Still feel a little nerdy. HA!

The guests were the Klingon Durass sister's, a Vulcan char from TNG and another actress who played several diffrent roles, which was pretty cool. There must have been at least a thousand people for the parade. I thought it was pretty cool. Next year is the 10th aniv, so I will be going back. We may even make a Borg cube to "battle" with.
