transformers knock offs
 

can we have a thread/post thing just for tf knockoffs?it can be used as a way of telling real from fake,or to entertain those of us who do purchase and collect kos or even to help collectors be wary of what theyre actually buying.(please disregard if there is already a ko thread but i havent found it yet):) if not yet,ill start it with pics of a ginormous ko armada "bendy" prime my wifey picked up while in vietnam.it stands at almost double the height of the regular bendy armada prime.

I have tons of odd ball bootlegs that I pick up over the years just cause they have so much charm. My latest ones being from Botcon, some TFcon members know what I am talking about.

heyyyy!!!disco devastator!!!i think i have about 4 or 5 complete sets of him too!!!(unfortunately the parts are just a bit smaller than the real devastator thus rendering them only good with "this" set)

ko g1 megatron.this ones built outta some pretty sturdy plastic considering most kos plastics crack or break if u look at it funny.the only differences i found so far are everything is just slightly bigger,the obvious black face and orange gun tip,and cheaper stickers.as a plus,this ones bullet firing mechanism does function.here kitty kitty kitty...:D

I found an incredibly weird knockoff/bootleg at botcon. But you'll have to go to tfcon to see it. Its just too insane to describe.

ko energon constructicon maximus.stands 2 inches taller than the real deal and has really loud colors.wifey got him for me in vietnam from a street vendor who said it was a "real" transformers.atleast she tried:D
