Spoke to my credit card company today and they confirmed Outrun accepted the chargeback and did not contest any of the chargebacks. If anything I'm just as disappointed with my credit card company on making this such a difficult process but I'm glad to have gotten my money back.

best of luck to anyone else still waiting on theirs.
