Transformers Siege Voyager Wave 2 Released at Retail
 

Thanks to board members ohnaji and Matrix_Holder we have confirmation that Siege Wave 2 Voyagers are out at Canadian retail. These figures were found at EB Games.

Wave 2 includes:

Soundwave
Starscream

Nice, though not sure if I neeeeeeeed either. I dig Soundwave’s bot mode, but the lacklustre alt mode and way over done battle damage paint apps put me off. And every review of Starscream I’ve seen has his chest just popping off during transformation. Issues that that should be caught by Quality Control. Will hold off for a hopefully revised version with a pin in those hinges.

Agreed on the battle damage, but this is the Only Soundwave toy where he officially Transforms into his original mode.

Apparently, the revised Starscream with pins was a hoax.

There has been only one single report of a pinned Starscream in the entire world, nothing since. And the pictures show the pins were definitely too long and that there were plastic residues around the holes. Looks like a custom job.

Having the figure in hand, I can also tell you that it would require two pins on separate ends and that it's clearly not meant to hold a pin at all.

This might be a silly question, but do the Dinocassettes from the EB Bumblebee set fit inside this Shockwave?
