Cyberverse Vichicon arm fell off

This just happened last night, transforming my Cyberverse vichicon and his right arm just fell off. Looking inside it seems that threading came apart inside the hole. The arm won't go back in I've tried there's just nothing to hold it in anymore. Has this happened to anyone else?:crying:

P.S. Just so you know I mean the metal pin holding the joint to the main body fell off.

Exchange it and you're good to go.

Not that easy to do with only one per case, also, if this is a common problem it could just lead to more armless Vehicons in the future.

I'm a little concerned. I noticed straight away that the new Series 2 Cyberverse are even smaller than the DotM ones. At that size, there could be even greater issues than just this. Whatever it is... Say, what does it mean exactly when this kind of thing happens?

Is it like my old G2 Windrazor who's arm fell off wen the metal pin came out? And why does it happen? Does it have to do with a part not being properly finished on the factory floor? (Or built, or something.)

Maybe put superglue in there and push the pin back in? Did that on my MP Grimlock for his tail and it worked.

It just may be an isolated case as I have 5 vehicons and don't have that issue with any of them
