My top 5:
5. RtS Jazz
4. Generations Grapple
3. DOTM Laserbeak
2. DOTM Hatchet
1. RtS Windcharger
I also just wanted to mention the PCC Grimstone as I don't think it is a fail at all. The show kinda gave the impression that it lacks articulation. While this may be true for the line in general(Grimstone is the only one I have) the Grimstone is actually fairly articulate.
It has knee, leg and hip articulation as well as arm, shoulder and head acticulation. As well the Raptor head can serve as a hand to hold stuff.
For something that combines from 5 different toys I think he's incredibly possable.:)

Holy shit! You guys blew my mind with the possible Beast Wars BotCon set ideas.
Depth Charge from Terradive
Obsidian from Tomahawk
Strika from Darkmount
Silverbolt(G1) from Black Shadow
Ironhide from WFC Megatron
Prowl from Drift
Ravage from Blurr
Onyx Primal from Scourge
Soundwave from Perceptor
Ramhorn from Warpath
Sea Clamp from Hailstorm
Cicadacon from Thunderwing
Jet drones from Cyclonus
Motorcycle drones from Brimstone
Tank drones from Warpath
And if they do Big Convoy out of RtS Prime and big him a big gun, they can do Apelinq out of the same mold, but give him the alternate head shown in the instructions.
Oh man! There's so many BW characters they could do. Some would work better than others, but I can see a Dawn of Futures Past 2 set being done.

eh, there were some good PCC toys to be fair, but aside from the Cybertronian toy, I will agree with you on movie Bee.
but I should say, now looking at my RtS G2 Prime...I do see the Big Convoy in it.
And a Beast Wars Botcon set?
