Legacy Bulkhead Review

I had zero intentions of getting Legacy Bulkhead as I don't like the styled look for the intended character and was quite happy using Last Knight Hound as my stand-in. Welp, as fate would have it, this guy found his way to me. Guess it's only fair to give him a chance and a review.
