I purchased two figures from alternatorfan a while back, 1 Kingdom Rattrap figure, and 1 Bumblebee figure from the Buzzworthy Bumblebee Worlds Collide set. I have to admit that I feel rather ashamed about how long it took me to leave him feedback, but life, being very sick for a long while, and other personal matters caught up with me lately and I haven't had much time to myself, let alone to come onto this site. I deeply apologize to alternatorfan for the time it took me to leave feedback, and would like to assure him that I never forgot about this transaction or that I haven't left feedback until now. I will do my utmost to him and other users on the site that I may do business with in future to try not to have that happen again.
But I must talk about the transaction itself. I have to say that alternatorfan was very professional and prompt with his replies to any inquiries about the items I purchased, which I feel is a mark of a good seller. That aside, I will point out that the Bumblebee figure was missing an accessory, namely the Allspark piece. When I inquired about this, alternatorfan was kind enough to give me a good discount on the item in light of that issue. This was rather unexpected on my part, and it was a gesture that I deeply appreciate.
I am also pleased to report that the items came very well packaged and protected. alternatorfan stuffed the package to the bursting with lots of plastic bags to protect the item, which was an unexpected surprise to me. That being said, I was not short on bags to use for the next couple of months afterwards. It is certainly better than any other packing material, in my opinion, since I could find a tangible use for those bags. The items themselves were otherwise exactly as described, and I have no issues with them.
All in all, I would like to thank alternatorfan for a great transaction, and would not hesitate to do business again if the opportunity allows for it. Once again, I do want to apologize for how long it took for me to give feedback on the transaction and will do my best not to let it happen again. In all, I highly recommend this seller.
