WFC/G1 Soundwave with Laserbeak and Ravage
 

When I started this project a couple of weeks ago, went on TFW2005 and saw that frogDNA did a Soundwave with Laserbeak, and I was like dang!!! (btw props go to frogDNA for a awesome job on his rendition and inspiration for laserbeak).

Soundwave, a simple repaint, going for a G1 look, but now that I look at it, it has more of a music label feel to it. Used dark blue, red and yellow laquers, gun-metal and silver drybrushing. The mods done here was that I removed all the wheels, switched the legs so the outside now becomes the inside due to the removal of the rear wheels and leaving it plain. The feet were removed and replace with WFC Optimus Prime, some modding were done to accommodate the new feet.

Ravage was built using a legend class HFTD ravage. Removed all the spike and trimmed the tail. Head came from a classics Ravage, and painted in a G1 scheme.

Laserbeak was made from TFTM Nightbeat, PCC Razorbeam, and the shield from Marvel Crossover Captain America. Again went for a G1 color scheme.Two down one to go ;)

wow man.....just wow!!!
nice paint on s/w,but it's ravage and l/b that catch my eye!!!
i'm shocked at how well the different parts meld together on l/b,and the minor removals to ravage made a big difference!!:cool:
