PIC REQUEST: Alts and MP

Hello all,
I'm currently trying to decide between buying MP Bluestreak or a few Alternators- namely Dead End, Smokescreen and Sideswipe. Do any of you have pictures of these figures together, in car mode and/or robot mode? It's fine if there's only one Alt in the pic. Thanks in advance!

I don't have them a pic of them together but maybe if you could tell us what you are looking to see it may help. Also, alt or robot mode?

Agreed -- MP is the way to go for the best representation of the character. Not that Alternators aren't nice too, mind you.

Current MP do look good. That's about it though.

If you are a subaru fan, the alternators for silverstreak and smokescreen are the best toys you could ever ask for. one of the most difficult toys to transform
The alternators for sideswipe and sunstreaker, the viper, is less impressive
If you are looking for that G1 nostalgia, the MP is amazing. I have prowl, same mold, very nice figure.

They both have excellent alt modes.

You still haven't answered the main question posed to you. It's less of "Which is better, MPs or Alts?" and more of "How G1 does a figure need to be for your collection?"

If you absolutely need everything to be as G1 as possible, then you shouldn't be looking at Alternators/Binaltechs anyways, and MPs are the way to go.

If you don't mind a larger figure as well as a general "re-imagining" of your G1 cars, only THEN should you consider getting Alternators/Binaltechs.
