How to contact Takara to get a replacement part?
 

-MP Dinobot bad stress mark and laceration to the tail when you try to transform it into the weapone
-did what instructions said it was just too tigher
-how do I contact Takara to get a replacement? Is it possible or will they just ignore you?

Typically you contact the seller, then they work with their supplier towards replacement parts. Contacting Takara directly is just going to have them tell you to contact the seller, as far as I know they don't offer replacement parts unless you buy direct from them, so unless you're a supplier I would say you're out of luck.

Where did you got it from? May be try to contact the shop/online store? I once received a TakaraTomy new Diaclone stuff from HLJ in Japan with missing parts and the store replaced the item for me. Most Japanese companies like Bandai and TakaraTomy are good at dealing with local customers only for support (these stuffs are not supposed to be exported officially).

Anime export and they have TERRIBLE customer service.

Takara Tomy only interacts in Japanese. Youc an fill out a form on their customer service page (check Takaratomytoys on facebook for a link) in Japanese or call them at their help line if you speak Japanese. If you dont, then contact your seller. Something terrible happened to my Dinobot (head broke off) so my seller is currently in talk with Takara as to how to remedy this.

Sucks when it's easier to contact 3rd party companies VS Takara.

By contacting the place you got it from. I doubt Takara sits on parts.
