Sorry, I'd have to know who this is to provide the tracking number, you can shoot me a PM and I can follow up with you as I cannot provide that information publicly.
Emails are responded to by me personally, so hopefully I was able to explain the difficulties we've had around this figure in particular (delays, full cancellations, etc). I've responded to all of your inquiries here as well, and offered a full refund twice. I understand your frustrations in just wanting to get the figure, but I'm always here to try and work out a solution for you to the best of my ability. |
