Combiner Wars G2 Bruticus set spotted in Canada!
 

Cybertron.ca member Sureshot22 has reported seeing the new Combiner Wars G2 Combaticons set on ToysRus shelves in Ontario (Toronto area, Vic Park & Lawrence)

Yay!

I saw it was on robot kingdom so assumed it was nearing release. Excellent news to go with my groove delivery today and victorion on her way.

Now I need to sell a pile of Lego to get tigatron/unit 3 and predacus...

Really? The G2 sets don't seem to be selling all that well. At least not around here anyway. Of course, we are still on a Victorion high and overjoyed to finally have wave five..yes, five. I got Pipes and Buzzsaw yesterday. Seen wave 6 legends, but that's it. All TRU. Wal Mart is still back on wave four, if you can believe that. I digress, I just worry these sets aren't selling great, though Bruticus might because of who it is, and we still have two sets to go - Leokaiser and of course Computron. But if the repainted sets sell meh-ish, stocking the last two might be a hard sell.

Yes, I can easily believe that WM is stuck on wave 4 in NFLD, as they are stuck on wave 4 here in ON as well.

so this set is still the original n/a molds for both blastoff and vortex right?(no shuttle and no x4 propeller blades)
if so,i may be on the fence for this set unless it goes on sale....

I'm just hoping to find a loose Legends G2 Shockwave if not I'll wait for this set to go on sale like the other sets have.

Oh, it will be available on sale, don't worry. We're talking TRU here. Even if I buy it and price adjust later.

I love the G2 sets so far and will be getting Bruticus as well. I also haven't paid more than $110 for one of the (overpriced) $150 box sets. :primelaugh:

Yes, all of the molds included are the original Hasbro molds.
