You're honestly not going to find this figure cheaper now because it's quite hard to find currently. I'd go with the Robot Kingdom deal. I've purchased from them before and have had no issues, plus you're saving some money. Hope this helps.

Awesome, thanks for the info! Yes, I've ordered RK many times when I was a full time collector. Now that I'm a one/two figure a year kind of collector, its hard to remember all the outlets and what fair market value is. I'm deciding between this and MTM04 but this figure seems to a little more limited in supply at this point.

Robot Kingdom usually has limited stock, so you'd probably need to act fast if you're going to purchase it from their. Which figure is MTM04 again?

Get one of the KO's instead. They are FAR superior to the Takara version in terms of paint and build quality. Look into the Legendary toys version or the Weijang Black Apple Movie Prime. The Legendary Toys version is the same scale as the official, but costs cheaper. The Black Apple is a slightly larger scale compared to the offical, but has better engineering (which gives Prime a more movie accurate look). The Black Apple is a little bit more than the official (about $150 CAD).

The lt 02 ko of mpm 04 prime is soooo much nicer. Better joints and a finish to die for. If thats the scale you want that the guy to get. If you want bigger scale then definitely do the new black apple version. Its incredible and great even to have as a stand alone piece.
