Did Hasbro/Takara Reuse the same weapon molds ever?
 

You would think in some cost saving measure they would right?

I'll get to the point, did any other G1 Transformer use the same gun as G1 Sandstorm?

Any other bots that share the same weapon?

sandstorm’s gun resembles sludge’s but they are different. I don’t think they actually re-used any gun molds besides the obvious repaints, datsuns, porches, seekers etc

You'd think they would, but they didn't, as far as I recall.



Closest would be the G2 launchers, which IIRC were reused from GI Joe, the promotional 'energon weapons' from Energon, the new-mold weapons from Robotmasters, and the MechTech weapons from DOTM.
