As for the undercarriage, it has always been part of the design, it's unavoidable.

Yeah, I noticed that after, which I don't believe anyone that did an early review mention (none I saw), but the access is a bit awkward...

... but just for headmasters is too limited, it could have been made larger for the micromaster at least, as there is a bit of free space that gets lost in it... considering that Siege doesn't even carry any headmaster (at least to this point).

I was the first to point it out.

Plus, there's no room for a Micromaster in there given how that cockpit compresses.

Just be glad the possibility is there, they didn't have to do it, just like they didn't have to make the upcoming Omega Supreme interact with Fort Max and Trypticon (they can be linked together). Micromasters will interact with Omega Supreme anyway.

Yeah I'm not fussed about lack of micromasters compatibility for Jetfire. I want him as a giant ass robot and jet. Omega can play.

Don't forget the ability to have any bot hang from the bottom of the jet mode (like in the episode where they did that).
I don't recall seeing Jetfire ever have a micromaster on board in the cartoon.

I'm looking forward to hopefully picking this guy up at retail (hopefully on sale) and replacing the Generations version in my display detolf.
Btw, can anyone take a picture of Jetfire next to an MP-01 Prime? Who is taller?

I got mine today. He is awesome. So accurate to the cartoon and nice size. After so many half-attempts of Jetfire in the last decade or so, it's great!

Matter of taste. Ft phoenix just looks very bland to me, i also agree that siege jetfire is the holy grail from now on.

Fans toys phoenix is the superior jetfire, he is far more cartoon accurate than siege jetfire in every way. There isn't a jetfire made that comes close to it. I bought siege jetfire as well. I paid 200 Canadian for phoenix on his initial release and msrp of siege jetfire is 119.99 +13% tax is 136 Canadian and I paid just about 64 more for phoenix. It was worth every penny more than siege for a way better jetfire.

It is a matter of taste, what is superior to you (ft) is inferior to me.

Ft is too bland, i prefer the siege figure which has more details and a different look.

I paid 80$ for siege jetfire at toysrus with the sale. Im damn happy i did.

Even happier that I got omega supreme on sale as well
