Hm, might you be okay with a Hall Of Heroes Zartan that's never been removed from the box, like this specimen?

Try Bounty hunter toys in Hamilton or Comic Alley toys in Oshawa. Both have great stock.

Thanks for the direction. I tried Bounty Hunter but the guy was of no use...he just said he had no idea what he had in stock for Joe figures because they are constantly flying off the shelf.

I'll try Comic Alley. Thanks.

No problems. I've seen the hall/hero's Zartan at both recently. Same for a box set with shinny head destro, etc...
Trouble is, EVERY store is exactly the same - they tell you to come look for yourself. They can't be bothered to list off inventory. Both stores have bins of loose figures for $10 + each. I got all the guys in your pictures that way. You just have to go in often and physically check.
