Does anyone know where I can find a:
CK-02 Collection Kingdom Upgrade Kit for G1 Predaking??

I see they have them at BBTS but I have has bad experiences with them re duties and what not. And the part used to be 94.99 and it has been jacked up to 119.99 + 28.29 for shipping. :argh:

Sigh - just can't seem to catch a break. Any info would be greatly appreciated :innocent:

Yup - Tfsource doesn't carry it anymore. And ebay is charging scalper prices for it + import and brokerage fees - RIDICULOUS !! :argh:

They are similar molds but of a little lesser quality from what my research tells me. There was a review here on cybertron.ca:

But since I merely intend on displaying it rather than playing with it, I think it will suffice as it is WAY less and a fraction of the cost than buying all the CD parts separately. CD parts total nearly $300+ !!! And that's not even with a Predaking figure !!!

My 2 cents - it is bang for your buck if you want to upgrade your G1 figure and don't want to spend $400 + for an MMC OR unique toys 3rd party Predaking.

Anyhow - just got word back from Tony at Chimungmung and he received two in stock - one of which I just ordered.

$74US + $20US shipping = $102.91CAN

Now THAT I can deal with !!
