Transformers quality control issues of 2011

I've heard a number of people here and at other boards bringing up a number of quality control issues with their recent purchases, and have admitedly run into a surprising amount of them myself recently. I didn't notice a specific thread about quality control issues in general so I thought this could be a thread listing QC issues you've had in the past while and those to look out for when going to the stores. I'd limit it to this year and last so far simply because I think it will keep it more relevant. I understand that release dates tend to be sort of spread out as well and to arbitrarily limit it to one specific year would be difficult, so basically it should be limited to anything you can pick up off the shelves right now or could have in the past few months. Bascially that means anything animated, universe, crossovers, etc., but not armada, energon, classics 1.0, etc...

Here's a few of mine. All occured in the past 2 months actually:

Universe:
DLX Galvatron - missing cannon missle
Ultra Storm Cloud - Busted electronics (I was able to fix them by messing with the battery pack, but they weren't working out of the box)
DLX Cyclonus - The side of his shin is completely roughed up. It looks like someone litterally took an razor blade to it.
DLX Ironhide - There was a gob of dried slime on the inside of the bubble that I didn't notice until I opened up the figure. I hope it was something from a machine, but it looks more like someone blew their nose on it.

SWTF:
ATAT - Missing the driver. This was an older style package with a spot in the packaging for the driver. However, that spot was covered with an application to the starwars club so that you could not see it until the package was opened. The bubble was still completely sealed though and it was in american packaging.
Commander Cody Tank - Missing the driver. This was an older style package with a spot in the packaging for the driver. Nothing covering the driver spot in the package, but cody is still missing. Also sealed and in american packaging. I'm just happy that I got mine a few months earlier with the driver.

Animated:
DLX samurai prowl - Half the helmet is missing the gold paint apps.

That's it for now. I'm hoping to avoid any other issues, but if anyone has some to add, please feel free

Off to the top of my head, the only thing I can think of is my Universe Sideswipe missing the red paint apps to ONE side of his rear brake/turn lights.

This is totally not exceptable and disgusting!

I have run into finger prints over serveral figures if that counts. Loose joints on quite a few figures. I am forced to keep those figures, because some of them are hard to find like cyclonus. It really blows you know.

Brice, is that the one I picked up for you. If so, sorry, I didn't even notice.

I've had a couple. The Optimis Prime and Megatron two pack, Prime is made up of at least 3 different red coloured plastics. Megatron can't hold his spinning weapon gimic.

Galvatron was missing some silver paint on his left wrist, touched it up with some old silver tesor enamel paint.

Ironhide had a pathetic amout of babyblue paint for his face, repainted it silver as well as gave some detail to the rims of his tires.

Everything else has been ok.
