Toys R' Us Sale - August 6th - 12th
 

endLess has let us know that between August 6th - August 12th, Toys R' Us will be having a 25% off sale on all Transformers. However, it was noted that this sale does not include crossovers, clearance items, educational electronics, video games, and halloween costumes.

In other words, go buy discount toys.

Wow...I mean I knew someone was gonna make the ever so useless "Come on Grimlock!" post, but I wasn't expecting it within 5 minutes of this news being posted....baffling me constantly...

May I also note that it's unknown at this time if the sale even includes Masterpiece Grimlock? Remember the last time there was a % off sale and it didn't include Recon Ravage while he was popping up?

I honestly doubt that they'll be up during the sale for the most part - or they'll be fine print excluded as well...
Sadly it also won't include Marvel Crossovers which sucks as I want a few but not at $20

True...I'll include that in the exclusions as well...but if there's one thing I'll argue about those Marvel crossovers, they are quite hefty, and considering Deluxe's are about $18 after tax $20 for a slightly larger figure doesn't seem so bad...

Especially if you're intending on using them for customs, as they're generally molds TF collectors won't get so paying a little extra for something new/different seems worth it.

Hopefully the new Generations stuff comes out during this time. One guy posted a bit back that his TRU's computer showed around now (aug 8th I think it was).

This sale seems almost pointless since it excludes clearance items and almost everything on the shelves right now is clearance. Ah well, maybe something will get put out this week.

Went to my TRU and the sale wasn't on as far as I could tell. No Grimlocks yet either.
